Learn what you can do to eliminate this problem from your business.

Learn why giving more control assistance eases stress and makes employees feel more secure in their position. Learn how to properly offer resources and make sure your staff knows its options if they feel anxious, overworked, or ill. Understand the best practices in dealing with anxiety and stress with your employees by increasing transparency and quelling any workforce rumors.

This session will advise you on the various guides to determine stress levels in the workplace while offering valuable training to reduce stress and give employees a more balanced atmosphere at work.

11:00 am - Supporting Mental Health in a Post Pandemic Workplace.
Workplace stress is prevalent, and employees need to know they have treatment options that companies support and offer. Learn how to take a proactive approach to support mental health. 11:30 am - Preventions for Employee Burn-Out. (Panel)
Rates of stress, anxiety & depression have risen dramatically this year. Employees experiencing burnout are often less productive and will call in sick or resign from their position. Learn ways to assist employees with workplace stress and prevent employee burnout.

12:15 pm - Promoting Work Life Balance & Increasing Productivity. (Panel)
Finding a work-life balance is a necessity in today’s workplace. This session will give you tips on maintaining a healthy work-life balance, prioritizing your time, setting specific work hours, and efficiently scheduling personal time. Learn your strengths and weaknesses, and hone your ability to concentrate on being productive.

1:00 pm - Management Strategies to Avoid Shame and Stigma Issues. (Panel)
In this session, learn details on fighting the mental health stigma with education, compassion, and open conversations about mental health. Learn how to encourage discussions & training on mental health stigmas and shames in your workplace.

2:00 pm - Conclusion.
